We start with a full 45-minute Profit Assessment using our Profit Acceleration Software and your actual numbers. You will see exactly where profit is being left on the table, get a top-line valuation of your business, and leave with a clear implementation plan. This session is free and carries no obligation.

2. Structured engagement

If it makes sense to work together, we move into a structured one-to-one engagement. Sessions are focused and practical. We track progress against the plan, address what is working and what is not, and keep the focus on the areas most likely to move your numbers.

3. Compound the gains

Small improvements across several areas of a business compound quickly. Most clients see meaningful movement within the first 90 days. The longer-term gains — as changes bed in and build on each other — are where the real value accumulates.
